CANCELLATION POLICY

Group bookings (05 or more chalets in one booking)

  • 30 days before scheduled check in date- Only 75% of the rent paid will be refunded.
  • 14 to 30 days before scheduled check in date – Only 50% of rent paid will be refunded.
  • Less than 14 days before scheduled check in date - Only 25% of the rent paid will be refunded.

Individual bookings (up to 4 chalets)

  • 14 days before scheduled check in date- 100% of the rent paid will be refunded
  • 7 to 14 days before scheduled check in date- Only 50% of rent paid will be refunded.
  • Less than 07 days before scheduled check in date- Only 25% of the rent paid will be refunded.
