1. Individual Bookings
Up to 4 ChaletsCancellations for individual reservations are processed based on the advance notification window relative to your confirmed check-in date:

75% Refund
14 to 30 Days PriorStandard cancellation

Under 14 DaysLate cancellation

2. Group Bookings
05 or More ChaletsCancellations for group bookings involving 5 or more chalets in a single reservation:

Official Cancellation Procedure Notice
All cancellation requests must be submitted strictly in writing via official email (Sugardunesresort@gmail.com) or official WhatsApp messaging (+968 9588 5302 / +968 9588 7905). Verbal cancellations are not accepted.
